BMVA Computer Vision Summer School : Registration

Registration is now closed. Despite increased capacity for this year (+10% on last year, +30% on 2024 CVSS in Durham), we have already reached our maximum capacity for attendees. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please see the information below.

Registration Waiting List. Join the waiting list here to be notified if any spots become available due to cancellations. We will contact you via email if a spot opens up and provide instructions on how to register with a tight deadline. Please note that being on the waiting list does not guarantee a spot. To help us manage the waiting list fairly, please wait to hear from us by email rather than contacting us directly for updates.

There are two options for registration: for residential and non-residential attendees. There is a separate rate for Academic (students, academic staff, researchers, etc.) and Industry attendees. We will also offer a late rate for registration after the early bird deadline. If you have any questions, please contact the organisers.

Residential rates: includes all sessions, accommodation (5 nights, Sunday – Friday), refreshments, breakfast and lunch (Tuesday – Thursday), Summer School Reception on Monday, and Summer School Banquet on Wednesday. The accommodation will be provided by St Chad’s, all rooms will be single occupancy en-suite rooms (single bedrooms with a private bathroom inside the room).

Non-residential rates: includes all sessions, lunches and refreshments, Summer School Reception, and Summer School Banquet (no accommodation).

For this year’s summer school the UK and International rates are the same.

From **1^st June 2026** to **29^th June 2026**, the registration rates will increase. We encourage everyone to register as soon as possible to take advantage of the low registration fees and secure a spot at the summer school.
